Same problem here, everthing updated, unable to switch the box on with the button, only via DC input power is working, so another bluetti brick in my household.
Sorry but I‘m not happy with your products, the ac200max with extra batterie is also not working as designed!

Unfortunatelly starting today I have the same problem, unit does not turn on, even with DC input connected (with or without 230V in).
First it lost the Wifi connection and after 1 day when I tried to turn off and on it never turned back again. Battery was at 91% level.

Please advice how to proceed and if there is any magic to restart it. If not then should be replaced as soon as possible.
Hopes this is just a bad series otherwise will be very dissapointed because I have some other Bluetti units that might end up in the same totally unusable status …

Unfortunately, I dont have a DC charging option here as I dont have a cable (not included in the package). AC didn’t work, it’s just dead with 74% charge, can’t do anything on the app as well. How to send a DM?
Same issue for me. Used my Elite 100 v2 one time when the power went out. Now three weeks later it won’t turn on. I don’t have access to DC power either.
Purchased unit direct from BLUETTI Jan 2026.
Are you going to help? I specifically bought this unit for power back up and now I cannot use it due to your faulty product and I got no support so far… How telling.

Hello, I have a Bluetti Premium 100 V2. The situation is very similar to the Elite 100 V2 issue discussed on the forum.
The battery charge limit is configured from 75% to 90% (intentionally set this way to preserve battery health). Operating conditions have been almost ideal — proper temperature, low humidity, no overloads, and the unit had been working flawlessly until now.
However, after turning the power station OFF using the front panel power button, the unit no longer powers on.
Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already performed:
Left the unit completely disconnected from all power sources and loads for 2–3 hours.
Tried powering it on without AC input by holding the ON button for approximately 3 seconds — no response.
Later repeated the same procedure both without AC input and with AC connected — still no response.
Tried holding the power button for 10–15 seconds in different scenarios (with and without AC input) — no result.
After about 24 hours, I connected a 12V DC power source (without AC connected) and again attempted startup with both short press (~3 seconds) and long press (~15 seconds) — the unit still would not start.
After that, I left the station disconnected from all power sources again until the end of the day.
I will return home later and attempt another startup test.
Could you please advise if there are any additional recovery procedures, hard reset methods, or recommended steps that might help bring the unit back to operation before sending it for service?

I just got the same issue but luckily turned it back on after a few minutes but I afraid it will happen again after turning off, is there any new firmware you can push to me?
