The Elite 100 V2 and Premium 100 V2 are identical in both hardware and software. They only differ slightly in appearance and printing.
These two models are the online version and offline version, sold on different channels. Apart from that, they are basically the same.
The Premium 100 V2 has a slightly higher maximum DC output, by 100W.

I have two Elite 100 V2 units with issues, both purchased on Amazon Spain and sent to my family in Ukraine.
The first unit (S/N: EL100V22527004062845) shows error E065 on the DC output, and all USB ports stopped working. Firmware versions:
ARM v2186.16,
DSP v2200.16,
BMS v1083.08.
Steps already tried: disconnecting all loads, restarting the unit, updating firmware, and enabling DC with no devices connected - the error appears immediately every time.
The second unit (S/N: EL100V22527004430952) discharged to 5% and then became completely unresponsive. It does not turn on or charge from AC or PV.
Steps already tried: charging from AC and PV for more than 1.5 hours, keeping the unit at room temperature, warming the ventilation area - still no response at all.
Both units are currently in Ukraine and used daily during power outages, so sending them back to Amazon for replacement would take a long time and leave my family without essential backup power. I’m looking for a practical solution to get at least one working unit as soon as possible.
Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @Andrei, we recommend you try DC charging to wake up the battery first. If that doesn’t work, a repair will be needed.
We have promised with ITP Service LLC and confirmed that we will cover the repair cost for the Elite 100 V2 no-power issue. They will not refuse service, regardless of whether you have a repair card.
We do not provide separate parts delivery, as improper handling by non-professionals may cause further problems.

E006 indicates a grid error, which is most likely related to unstable grid power. We recommend you keep observing. If the issue persists after using a voltage stabilizer, we will arrange a repair for you.

I dont know how to use this website so replying to firat post. I have a Bluetti elite 100 v2. I use it mainly as a UPS for my pc. I bought it new from.amazon November 2025 and it stopped powering on February ,28,2026. It showed symptoms listed:
-It would not power off as long as it had power going to it for about a month after each use.
The number of clicks changed from one to three after the update last month
As of last night February 28, 2027 it stopped powering on like everyone else (if i knew the ups was a risk for this device i would have just used it as a solar generator, bluetti should notify customers to stop using it as a ups in the app or something)
Anyways the last power down was strange the system after use was plugging in the wall and would once again not power down, so i unpluged it but it still refused to shut down. The AC was shut off as thats what was being used and it refused to shut down. The button was held as indicated to force shut down and it did but since then it dows not power on when plugged in or button is pressed. The screen does not light up at all. No sounds either. Appears completely dead.
I would like a solution to reset it or get it to start if one as been discovered. The device is pretty new at 3 momths in my opinion and it has not been moved since i got it . No additional traveling.

To be honest, I’m wondering is it legal to sell products, if they have massive hardware failures in Europe.
Especially it was purchased directly from online bluetti shop in 2026, at least 2-4 month problem was existing.

Unstable voltage - it’s not a case for me. In my region I didn’t notice any unstability in terms of voltage power values.
Key difference - it’s that here in Ukraine those devices are used on daily basis. That means that it is much more chance to that issue occur here than for avarage user in Europe.
