Fat chance. Bluetti has always been a “release now, fix later” style of company. I believe the industry term is “Minimum Viable Product”. Get marketing to hype up a product for early adoption, then have a bunch of people complain. Fix the problem. Then version 2 is better. Perfect example is the Bluetti EB3A vs the Elite 30. They fixed a lot of problems that plagued the EB3A with the Elite 30 V2, most notably the UPS failing.

Same problem, my Elite 100 v2 was like 45-50% charge, and I turned it off. In few hours I can’t turn it on. Somehow in few hours after this and after few tries I managed to turn it on, but now I’m afraid to turn it off.

unfortunately, the firmware update resulted in a downgrade and failed to resolve the existing issues. Although the procedure indicated an upgrade from DSP v2200.14 to v2200.99, the currently installed version post-update is DSP v2200.13. The version information screen still prompts me to upgrade from v2200.13 to v2200.99. Could it be possible that your IT department pushed the wrong firmware version to my station?

Could you please record a video of the Elite 100 V2’s performance after connecting to power, upload it to a cloud storage service (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), and share the link with us for review?
Additionally, please rule out any potential impact from ambient temperature, ensure the device is used in a well-ventilated area with moderate temperature, avoiding extreme cold or heat.

@BLUETTI_CARE Hello Bluetti Support. My Bluetti Elite 100 V2 suddenly stopped turning on. The station is completely dead. There is no reaction when pressing the power button, no display, no sound, no relay click. Holding the button for 10 seconds does nothing. Connecting the AC charger gives no reaction. Trying DC injection or external adapters also gives no reaction. The device does not turn on in any situation. It looks like the BMS or the control board is stuck or has failed.
I did not overload the unit. It was used lightly. The last action I performed was turning it off through the app, and after that it never turned on again. The station was not physically damaged. This failure happened suddenly and without any warning.
I see that other users have exactly the same problem with Elite 100 V2, especially in the forum thread called “Elite 100 V2 silent dead after 3 weeks”. My case is identical. Many people also report this issue in online stores, so this looks like a common problem of this model.
I need support to confirm if this is a known issue or a defect in the Elite 100 V2 series. Please tell me what I should do next. Is this a BMS or control board failure? Should I send the unit to the service center? Is replacement possible?

Hello! I need help with my Bluetti Premium 100 V2 station.
I bought it a month ago.
The station suddenly stopped turning on.
Here’s what happened:
A few days ago, it stopped turning on either from the power button or from AC power.
I connected 12V to the solar panel input and used the station normally for a couple of days.
When I no longer needed it, I unplugged it.
Today, the station completely stopped responding.
Now it won’t turn on at all:
- No response to the power button
- No response to AC power
- No response to the solar panel input
- The display remains black
- No clicking or any other signs of activity
I’ve tried a software reset and the AC + DC button combinations, but nothing helps.
Could you please tell me what this behavior indicates?
I understand there are no official service centers in Ukraine?
I would appreciate any advice.

Вітаю. І я “щасливий” власник bluetti premium 100 v2 зіткнувся з даною проблемою. Працювала майже місяць, одного разу вимкнув її при 95%, через годину вона уже не ввімкнулась. Почитавши коментарі тут, спробував підключити її через ХТ60, від акумулятора 12v. Напруга на тестері показувала 12,93v. Нічого не відбулось, навіть найменшого коливання напруги. Залишив так на годин 15. Зранку перевірив напругу 12,90 натиснув кнопку - і вона ожила, і зразу почала заряджатись від акамулятора.
Після цього поставив додаток і оновив прошивку. Зробив повний цикл розряду-заряду. Вимкнув на кнопку і вона знову згасла. Ввімкнув через ХТ60, в налаштуваннях поставив “переводити в режим сну - ніколи”. Після чого екран затухав через 5 хв, але станція вмикалась через кнопку. Пару годин тому, побачив що екран уже не тухне а постійно світиться. Вимикати пока не пробую.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE, the new cases above need your attention. Both have to do with prolonged station usage in UPS mode, both are from Ukraine
You can try the solar input (or car charge input) plugged-in for a couple of days. I have no explanation for this, but it may help, someone mentioned such a case above

Для этого нужно нажать на АКБ в центре “паука” → затем в группе1 нажать на синий пакет → на странице “упаковка” посмотреть в пунктах “помилка” “статус захисту” есть ли там какая-нибудь информация.
@Serhij “переводити в режим сну - ніколи” - там “кривий” переклад українською. На справді це “Screen Timeout”. Це налаштування таймауту тільки для дисплея, саму станцію воне не вимикаіє.
Помилок нема ніяких
Бачу якщо не вимикати кнопкою, пока продовжує працювати
Доречі, також помітив що в тихому режимі вона заряджається на 650w тоді як в стандартному 600w

Вийшло нове оновлення, трохи змінилась логіка, тепер станцію не можна вимкнути ані кнопкою, ані через додаток, якщо вона підключена до мережі. Також не можна включити режим еко, якщо активована функція відновлення стану після відновлення живлення з мережі.
Поставив, наче працює. Також встановив ліміт заряджання 95%, щоб не попасти на перезаряд і блокування батареї
Так але, ми не знаємо налаштування колібрування ячеєк між собою в батареї.
Тут точно пасивний балансир і він банасує з якогось верхнього рівня заряду. Наприклад з 95% і тому таке налаштування відключть фактично балансир.
Ось в чому питання.
