EB3A Won't power on unless plugged into 110 volt wall outlet or solar

My EB3A Won’t power on unless plugged into a 110-volt wall outlet or solar panel. It shows as being 100% charged once it’s plugged into a power source.

If I try and turn on the DC side, it displays “short” in red.

If I turn on the AC side it works, but If I unplug the EB3A from the wall it immediately powers off.

The unit sat all winter in my house, and I’d occasionally turn it on to ensure the battery wasn’t less than 80% charged.

Thanks for any input.
