@metal_messiah Please update to ARM205308, DSP205211.
My unit let the smoke out After 2 days of 200W load in UPS mode…
So be car full if you don’t want to burn your house down.
I’ve installed the firmware, but I don’t see any changes in the device’s operation yet
Ich habe das gleiche Problem. USV Funktioniert nicht richtig, zwischen 99 und 100% schaltet meine EB3A kurz ab.
ARM v2053,07
DSP v2052,10
Seriennummer EB3A2227001932931
What a strange update policy Bluetti has.
Only those who complain will receive an update.
Are the devices manufactured differently, so some have errors in the firmware and some don’t?
Why aren’t the updates offered centrally to all buyers?
I still have an AC300 and they do the same thing there.
Sorry for reviving this old thread, my brand new EB3A has the same behavior, every now and then it powers off and on working add ups for an aquarium, less than 60W of consumption except for the heater going on occasionally.
I’m in the latest firmware as recommended in this thread. Lady chance before returning the item

Angel
I also have a brand new EB3A and have this issue. Updated to latest firmware via app (ARM 2053,08 DSP 2052,11)
No news on this subject, the EB3A keeps failing and powering off and back on randomly, so no way to use the device as UPS for a small aquarium. I’ve just set up a marine aquarium, much more energy demanding and I think that I will avoid this brand for the more powerful energy storage system that I will need to protect my new investment. It’s a shame, I really liked the interface and the product, but I’m really disappointed with the brand.
@BLUETTI_CARE Same problem for me: EB3A UPS functionality not working like true UPS. Drops on 1 second and returns online.
Serial number EB3A2233002005162

DSP 2052.11
Hi @bluetti_grishkinnngmailcom, We have found that your DSP is already up to date, and there is no newer version available to resolve the issue.
We recommend contacting customer service to arrange a repair.
I hope it does help.
Hi all, finally found how to make my unit work… NEVER select silent mode, it’s what made mine fail and behave the way it did.
Working in Normal mode for many weeks without a glitch, tried the silent mode again for a few days and it went haywire again. Right now working again in normal mode and no issues. No FW was updated since reporting this many months ago, as I already was in latest.
Hope it helps,
Regards
Angel
