Hello Enrica! Your Bluetti EB3A power station is designed to handle devices needing up to 600 watts to run, and can handle 1200 watts for brief moments (normally for motor starting). Most of the time hair dryers and ovens need considerably more than that, but can you tell us what the power requirements are for the ones you have?
Try running something like a TV, a table lamp, a fan, and such things, to see what your EB3A does with those devices.
Hi @Enrica, I appreciate your interest in Bluetti.
@Hnymann’s assistance and troubleshooting are very accurate. Overload generally means that the appliances exceed the EB3A’s load capacity. Could you provide the specific model of your hair dryer and small oven? We are concerned that the EB3A may not handle the load, so please try using other low-power devices to see if they work properly.
Additionally, we recommend enabling Power Lifting Mode through the Bluetti app, which allows for 1200W pure resistive load, but it can only be used when off-grid.
If you need further assistance, please contact us.
Hi , thanks a lot for your reply … I tried and you are right in fact !!!
Hi, infact I tried other low power devices and it works, thanks a lot for clarifying !
I will try then the Power Lifting Mode through the Bluetti app as you suggested ( …used when off-grid please means ?)
Hi @Enrica, It must be used off-grid. This means that you can only enable the Power Lifting Mode when you are not AC charging the EB3A via a home grid. Please disconnect its AC charging cable first.
Meanwhile, please note that the load must be purely resistive.
Thanks a lot for clarification !
