EB3A not turning on. Is it shorted?

I have been using my EB3A for 2 months

Today when i want to turn on the dc output switch suddenly everything was turned off.
I connected the power supply for input but nothing turns on

Help pls?

does the EB3A shows any kind of error message before turning off?

Hi Erik,
No error was displayed prior to the failure that I am aware of.

The only time it happened before was during the very first time when I received the unit.

It turned on then suddenly off. Somehow after letting it ‘rest’ for about a day, it turned back on. After that it was working quite flawlessly until yesterday.

@meormuslih Please try the DC input charging to see if it can activate the EB3A. If not, the EB3A needs to be returned for repair.
