I bought a EB3A with number EB3A2312000491761 back in December 2023. The unit got stuck on 4% and will not charge. I updated the firmware and it charged to 35%. I’ve tried AC charging overnight, updating the firmware, changing out the AC cable. Nothing works, It does not charge further. I realized the output is not also supplying power. What should I do?
