Just received my EB3A yesterday. Downloaded the app, connected it, they paired. No problem. This morning I open the app, and I keep getting 404 error, communication timed out. Tried it while on grid power, turning unit on/off, nothing. Checked my phones BT settings, it was on, but the EB3A did not show up as an available device. I tried to reinstall the unit manually, but it times out with the 404 error.
Is the bluetooth on the EB3A dead after one day?

You need to log in to your account before connecting to the device with Bluetooth. 404 means the network is not good
I also have had no luck with bluetooth. The unit works fine through the front panel controls, but the app is worthless.
@moojo Have you never successfully connected to Bluetooth once? Please make sure the machine is closer to the mobile phone.
