EB3A, level charge on display

When the level of the battery on the display is below 32% Bluetti switch off and when reconnected with AC power (220V) the level of the battery on the display is 33%
Bluetti bought 2 weeks ago, 3 fully charges by AC power.

Hi there!
Do not trust the Display!
Upgrade the Firmware with the App!
Use dual input for charging- by Grid AND Solar-Input, for example with a extra (Car-)Charger.

Hello,
I am having the same issue with my EB3A. Charged with AC to 100%. Plugged in an electric fan that was using about 42 Watts. When the display went down to about 32% charge the unit shut down. Not the first time that this happened.
I am trying to update the firmware but I am unable to click on the link (cloud icon) in the Bluetti app.
The app is currently showing the following: ARM v2057.11, DSP v2056.10

Do I have the current firmware?
How do I update the firmware if it’s not?

thanks
