E113 Error On AC2P Unit

Hello i also have the same issue. Alarm being on and the app says about grid voltage high E113. Can you pls help me.

How do I check if my firmware is being pushed?I checked in my Bluetti app there is no update yet.I have Bluetti elite 100 v2 by the way

Unit detects AC (relay click) but shows 0W grid input. AC output works. Firmware updated already.
