Hi @KKS, We’d like to know if you completely shut down the machine before leaving and whether it was connected to the solar panels. What is the model of your machine?
Please provide the machine’s SN code and current firmware version, so we can check if there’s a firmware update available to resolve the issue.
This issue is almost always a result of not fully turning the unit off but in standby instead. When not fully off, the unit will consume battery power until exhausted.
I was advised to do a firmware upgrade to fix and suggest using the Bluetti App to power the unit down. Since then, no problems with turning the unit off and going away for weeks at a time.
