Does Bluetti allow you to change your order?

I wanted to purchase the EB70S + 120 Watt solar panel combo for the spring sale, but the buy now link isn’t working.

I ordered an EB55 + 120W combo instead, and then about thirty seconds after I ordered it, I found a working link from a different page that had the EB70S + 120 Watt solar panel combo for only $15.49 more than I paid. I was wondering if Bluetti allows order changing. Pretty bummed out I didn’t see the link until after I had purchased.

You should email them service or sales @bluettipower.com.
You can ask:
To cancel your order and reorder.
To explain the other link and ask for that promotion. They might make an refund adjustment. They are very good and willing to help.
