@bluetti_mharmsentonlinede May I know which model you connected to? AC300 or AC500?
Please connect the battery one by one, then do a cycle of charge and discharge (empty the battery and fully charge it without interruption). Finally, connect both batteries to check if there is too much differences on SOC.
