I had some questions about installing my AC200MAX in my RV. Once those questions were answered, I had more questions. Annie answered all my questions quickly. I have worked in product support in the past and it is a tough job when all you hear are questions/problems all day.

When I call customer sservice the voice mail is always full so I tried email over a week ago and no answer so wondering if there is a third way to get info on a fault issue on my ac200max.
