Hi @BLUETTI or @BLUETTI_CARE, I’m from Ukraine and experiencing frequent (Low Grid Voltage) errors on my EL100V2 due to unstable grid voltage (often around 180-200V because of the current situation). Standard firmware and Grid Self-adaptation don’t fully resolve it. Could you please provide a custom firmware with adjusted lower voltage thresholds?

Hello, @Bluetti_care. My AC180p refuses to charge at low electric current voltage. If the voltage is less than 190 Volts, the charging station does not charge even in quiet mode. Could you help with a new firmware that would solve this problem?

Please push updated firmware to allow charging on low grid voltage for my AC200PL.
Today the grid voltage dropped to 195v and my ac200pl refused to charge, error e114/113. I tried everything from the suggested steps in troubleshooting - no luck. Seems it’s charging only when grid voltage above 200v.

Hello @BLUETTI @BLUETTI_CARE , I have small ac2p unit, which is enough to cover my laptop. Unfortunately I can’t charge it regular way these days.
Low voltage error appears all the time. I usually have grid electricity for 1.5 hours between blackouts and can’t charge even half of battery. From the wall my Bluetti shows 175-185 volts and also shows 49.9hz.
Latest firmare, standard/slow charging, self adoptation does not help. Charging works fine via XT60, but that is very uncomfortable.
Can you, please, set lower input so I can charge it with my low quality grid voltage and also is it possible to set priority to charge from grid first and then from xt60?

Hey very thank you and all team for the update. Works great.
I wish setting for charging priority exists somewhere in the app, but for now I like that it has priority to charge from the grid instead of xt60.
As soon as grid appears, my 24v battery can charge itself without need to cover little bluetti use.
Also after DSP update I have no errors about low voltage even on turbo charging.
This kind of help shows who is the best on the market!
