It’s been ten days, I still have not a new firmware upgrade. I still have ARM v2053.08 and DSP v2052.11
Do I need to wait some more time?

No, I have DSP v2052.11 and “You’re up to date” in my Bluetti android application.

Thank you for your inquiry. The firmware is up to date. Please go to Settings - Advanced Settings - Grid Adaptive Mode, where you can adjust the parameters. Also, please ensure that your app is updated to the latest version.

As i mentioned earlier - i already tried everything that your Troubleshooting guide in the app suggests in case of low grid voltage, didn’t help. Are you sure the DSP: v2130.13 is the latest available firmware for 200PL model and it already has the lowered threshold for charging when grid voltage is low?

Could you please check the actual grid input voltage in the app? Regarding the AC200PL, the voltage can be reduced to 55%, but we need to verify if it can go lower than half of the voltage.

AC2P2352001159382 and AC2P2408000557259 - My two stations need your upload for 170w-200w! They are ALMOST empty but can’t take power less then 200w due to your initial settings. My fish is freezing. Help, please!

Hi @BLUETTI or @BLUETTI_CARE, I’m from Ukraine and experiencing frequent E114 (Low Grid Voltage) errors on my AC70P due to unstable grid voltage (often around 180-200V because of the current situation). Standard firmware and Grid Self-adaptation don’t fully resolve it. Could you please provide a custom firmware with adjusted lower voltage thresholds?

Model: AC70P Serial Number: AC70P2510000377965 Current firmware versions (from BLUETTI app):

  • ARM: v2152.05
  • DSP: v2112.06
  • IOT: v9046.04
