Hi my unit won’t charge beyond 42% when plugged in with its AC charger. The power pack light is green which seems to suggest it thinks it’s fully charged. Has anyone experienced this or any advice? Thanks

We suggest that you follow the following steps to troubleshoot.
- After the power is fully discharged, recharge the battery and see if it can be solved.
- If you still can’t get a full charge, can you try to change an adapter?
- Can the DC interface be charged normally, if the DC interface can and the AC interface cannot, please contact our support department via service@bluettipower.com as soon as possible for follow-up.
