Charger 1undervoltage

I installed the Charger 1 on my F-350 diesel truck. The installation went well and is according to instructions. I have a Oupes Mega 1 power station which I purchased at the same time. My 2 truck batteries and my 130 amp alternator are brand new. The spec for the Mega 1 dc input is 12-80 vdc @ 13 amps. Even with the truck running and warmed up the Charger 1 will charge briefly and then stop and start over. The Charger 1 led flashes red 4 times for the code when it stops. According to documentation , an output undervoltage? I charged at 56, 45, and 35 volts and the max approximate watts before resetting were 50, 450, and 280 respectively. Please help as I am at a loss. Thank You

Hi @NomadWannabee, We apologize for not noticing your post earlier. We would like to follow up on this matter.
Could you please provide us with the SN code of your Charger 1 and its current firmware version? We recommend upgrading to the latest version.
Please click on the DC output icon in the app to check the specific output voltage.

I updated the firmware before installation and it is still updated. I tried different voltages-56, 45,35, and 25. All reset undervoltage
