The Bluetooth on my Charger 1 has stopped working and I’m wondering if anyone has had this same experience/knows a solution. When the unit was first installed it worked perfectly, then I didn’t use my van for about a month. When I next took the van out and tried to connect via the App, the Charger 1 didn’t appear under the list of available devices. The LED light sequencing on the unit itself appears good, and it seems one of my B210 expansion batteries is receiving watts from the charger, though I’m not able to connect to the Charger 1 and confirm this. Could there be way to reset the Charger unit, update FW or something similar?

Hi @Ewan, For this issue, please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
- Upgrade the Bluetti app to the latest version.
- Try connecting directly via Bluetooth—does this resolve the issue?
- Manually enter the SN code for Charger 1. Can it connect this way?
- Uninstall the Bluetti app, reinstall it, and check if this helps.
If the issue persists, please share the SN code for Charger 1 and confirm whether it can charge properly. You can check the battery level via the B210 indicator lights or by connecting it to another power station.
We would also like to know the voltage setting during the last charging session. Please ensure it is not lower than the open-circuit voltage of the device being charged, as this may cause damage to the product.
If the issue cannot be resolved, we will assist you in arranging after-sales service.

Multiple green blinks upon switching breaker on followed by 24 blinks in 2 blink increments
#set to other in for car battery
Uninstalled the app and various other things the customer service rep made me do.
It did work when i first installed it for an overnight trip. On 12/26/2024 the problem above happened

Hi Guys, I’m having the same problem. Charger works, green lights, chargers about 220watts in (havnt adjusted anything out of the box) but no bluetooth connection to wind up the out put or view or update etc. I’ve tried all the above, tried uninstall and reinstalling, tried bluetooth online and off, tried everythign but no bluetooth. After its installed on the app (via QR code) and i click on the charger one bonded icon i get “CHARGER 12445001807705 not found”. please help
