Can't spin Lucky Draw because there is a plus symbol in my email address

My account complies with rules for one free spin of Lucky Draw.
But I can’t use it because I have a plus symbol in my email address and get an error “Please enter the correct mailbox number”.
My customer ID is 6661680759051.
Could you remove plus symbol from my email address?
Because I can’t do it from my personal account.
