Hello,

Can I connect any solarpanel to the AC240 or other Bluetti product which can be connected to a solarpanel? So… not only a solarpanel of the Bluetti product range?

I’m considering buying the AC240 (or other Bluetti product) and a solar panel of a different brand to use for the electricity in my new campervan (without any elektricity at the moment).

BLUETTI power stations are compatible with third-party solar panels as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. The solar panel interface is MC4
  2. The open-circuit voltage is within the station’s range

The voltage range for solar charging is from 11 volts to 60 volts. Do note that this is for the open circuit voltage of the panel(s), not the max power voltage, as you also stated.

The maximum power is 1200 watts, and up to 21 amps, so in many cases the AC240 will need parallel panel connections as opposed to series connections.
