I just wanted to give a “thumbs up” to Bluetti Support on how they were persistent to help me solve an issue. It took a bit of time to try different suggestions they offered, and they didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them. In fact, when I was slow to reply, they reached out to ask how things were going. In the end, they suggested I return the unit for repair and got it back to me quickly. I really appreciate that they stuck with me and made the effort to resolve the issue. Great support from vendors seems like a thing of the past, but Bluetti is doing it right.
