Do you have such situation? I ordered a powerstation from bluetti_eu, but waiting was too long, something about 2 months. I wrote them, that i want to return my money. They returned my money and after few days I received the station (I ordered it to my friend address and I didn’t inform them about the order cancelation, because I thought that it’s unnecessary).
What I need to do in this case, they didn’t response to my message.
This may be a simple mistake by Bluetti. Be honest and decide to return the power station and keep the money, or keep the power station and send the money. You could get a new invoice for an unpaid order.
