Bluetti not charging 220v but it will chage to 12v DC

Anyone knows why my Bluetti not charging in DC 220v but it will chage to 12v DC

Hi @b3b0y
Does it do any “click” sound when you plug in the AC into the EB3A?

greetings
Erik

@b3b0y

  1. Check whether the Circuit Protector pops up, press it and try AC charging again.
  2. Check if there is a fault code. (In the power-on state, press and hold the AC ON and LED ON buttons at the same time)
  3. Please provide SN and firmware versions for checking

when i turn on the AC there is a click sound but no power output

the Circuit protector is not pops up. I already tried to turn on the AC still no power output.

Hi @b3b0y
When you discharge the unit by a bit, does it start to charge after the SoC is dropped by a few percentage? How about when you try to charge via AC while you have something connected to you AC Plug of the EB3A? Does it get passthrough?

greetings
Erik

when the Power station discharge the percentage is 00 when i tried to charge it to 220V input no input power passthrough but i tried my laptop charger 20v to the 12-28V input it was charging when the battery 100% i tried to used it but the AC outlet is not working only the 2 USB and the type C port is working

@b3b0y The EB3A needs to be repaired. Please contact after-sale support to repair/replace it.

@b3b0y I have some updates.

  1. Please adjust the frequency to 50Hz
  2. Which method did you charge with 220V? Did you plug it into the wall charger or the generator?
  3. Could you please provide me with a video so we can find the problem more clearly?

what is the latest version for eb3A? because my firmware I have:

ARM: v2053,07
DSP: v2052,09

@b3b0y For official version, currently v2052,10 is the latest firmware.
