Greetings!
We have acquired a Bluetti EB3A a year-ish ago and never had a problem with it. We are mainly using it for camping and are taking good care of it. The device is also installed with the latest firmware.
Recently we purchased a device which requires 600W AC. Plugging it in the EB3A, we are immediately met with an Overload even tho it is supposed to have a 600W AC output…is this normal?
