I bought a EB3A back in November 2022. Now the unit is stuck on 3% and will not charge. I’ve tried AC charging overnight, Solar charging all all day, updating the firmware, changing out the AC cable. Nothing works. Whats the process for getting the unit repaired / replaced?

@Rick_AU Did this problem occur during the firmware upgrade? Please uninstall the APP and reinstall it. Try upgrading the firmware with an Android phone. If it didn’t work, please contact the after-sale support to repair it.
