Hi @asgardsrei, we’ve checked and found that your firmware is already up to date, and there’s currently no newer firmware available to push.
For now, we suggest you purchase a voltage stabilizer to use.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE . Welp, got same problem here, I’m from Ukraine too so i got equal problem with low voltage. Can u get me this data to solve this issue?

Got the same problem, as previous users from Ukraine - my station is not able to charge because of <190 Volts. Also checked for the new updates but application said that everything is up-to-date.

So, could you please share most recent fw with extended charging voltage ranges?

Hi! I charge my Bluetti (AC50P and EB3A) from generator.
The generator issues 47-48 Hz (instead of 50 Hz).
Can the Bluetti be configured to charge with a lower frequency current?
