I bought the b300s from Amazon and filled out the “Bluetti Bucks” form for 3rd Party purchases. The form kept giving me an error on the Order ID from Amazon.

I finally solved the problem. Apparently the programmer didn’t account for Amazon using hyphens in their order numbers, (Guess they never bought anything from Amazon before :stuck_out_tongue ). The form was finally accepted after I removed the hyphens.

I have to wonder if it’s the same programmer who didn’t allow the “=” sign in my SSID, lol.

But this is not the same team responsible for the WIFI SSID issue you mentioned before, haha
