My bluetti ac200 doesn’t turn on anymore. If i plug it in to charge i hear him charging. But it doesn’t power on. If i push the power button no green light appears and the lcd’s stays black.
What do i do?
You should email service
Did you leave the AC200 in a completely discharged state for a period of time before you attempted charging? If so, the voltage may be below the BMS allowable level for charging to begin. In any case, it is a call service issue as was mentioned.
