Bluetti AC 180 Display just shows 88888

My Bluetti AC 180 has been working just fine. The last time I used it, it somehow just showed all 8’s on the display. https://imgur.com/a/9LkEM0h

Are there any troubleshooting steps that I can do? I turned it off and on… I tried to execute the factory reset procedure (hold down the power button for 25 seconds) and nothing is working. Please advise.

@RobertWalker Sorry for my late reply.

  1. Please stop charging and unplug the load, put the machine in a cool place, and then restart it for work after three hours.
  2. If have tried shutting down the machine and leaving it in a cool place for a long time, but it still reports temp and over-temperature errors when you turn it on, please contact the after-sale support for repair.
