Another problem, the bluetti app shows an update is available. There is no blue button – to proceed with the update. Once I initially click on the update, the shows the update is available, but there is no blue button to proceed.

I performed the firmware upgrade successfully on the app. Everything completed. Then I went through bluetooth to get the new version and I encountered the same screen. Via bluetooth it says there is an upgrade version available, but no blue button appears.

I am sorry for you encounter that, please try to download the app again.
Downloaded Bluetti app once again, connected with bluetooth and got the same screen. It says ARM v2203.08 is available, but I am unable to update from v2203.05. The DSP update says v2202.11 is available, I am at v2202.04, but I am unable to update. BMS says v1087.05
All the information is the same as the screenshot above. Any information on how to proceed would be appreciated. If not, I am going to have to send this Bluetti v30 elite back. This is my second unit in a row that has been defective.

Hello, I have inquired with the technical team again. You need to first register the app, then bind the device, connect via Bluetooth, and then try to update the firmware. Please refer to the diagram below.

Wow, thank-you for the help – it worked!!! I was able to upgrade to latest firmware. Really appreciate it!!!
Now, I am going to test the bluetti with a couple of devices. I have had some weird interactions thus far. I will come back here for more help in the future.
