The B300 manual recommends discharging the unit every 3 - 6 months. What level do you normally discharge to? 10%, 20%?

0% is my normal discharge level.

Discharge to 0%, to when the connected power station shuts down. Then don’t leave it at 0% but recharge it to 100%.
