B230 20% jump up and down!

Hello,

my B230 is connected to a AC200M and mainly charged by Solar.
By change I recognized, that a fully charge bundle - suddenly only showed 80% for B230 batterie next day, even if both were turned off over night(AC200M still 99%).

AC200M 100% >99%
B230 100% > 82%

Discharging complete system to approx 20% for both batteries each I turned off.
Turning on next day, the B230 was even 0% now.

AC200M 22% >22%
B230 22% > 0%

Trying to charge B230 disconnected to 100% (by AC supply directly), I only charged 1,4kwh!
Is there a firmware helping, or can I only discharge & charge again?
Firmware just upgraded DSP (v4005,05 to v4005,08)

Here an example recorded for Pack 1 (AC200M) and Pack 2 (B230)

Example 1:
B230 disconnected from AC200M and separate charged until AC energy consumption went below 5W( not to only trust LED in the morning)
AC200M charge with solar until 100 %, see graph at 13:30.
Connect both & suddently Pack 2 down to 80%
14:20 Pack 2 jumps 8x% to 100%!!, cannot be…

Example 2:

@mini_PV There is a new firmware that may fix the problem, please update the BMS firmware to 1017.07 to test. And after the firmware update, please do a full cycle of discharge and charge for each battery.

@BLUETTI_CARE
Good morning, will you release that for my SN?
In the Bluetti APP I do not see an update possibility yet from today’s BMS 1.017,03. Or is there a manual download needed?

@mini_PV Please check again now.

Many thanks, update worked fine!
After running now for a week, great improvement and all behaves as it should!

@mini_PV Thanks for your update.

Hello
I have exactly the same problems as mini_PV, with my two AC200max and B230, which I am trying to manage, as best I can. I am interested to test the new BMS firmware. Thank you very much (my BMS ver 1017.03):
