Apex300 AC Output Shutoff

Hey @BLUETTI , when will the rest of the world get this important update? Thank you!

Hello,what do you mean to?

I’m very confused by the company’s software update process. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to the way firmware updates go out to regular customers. I’ve seen many people come here with urgent critical issues, and the only way they get it fixed is to come to this forum and individually post their serial numbers and then wait for an update.

I have two AC300’s, and Apex300, 4 B300K’s, and a B300, used in two locations. They seem to be at different levels of firmware with no clear way to know what the most current version is supposed to be, or when important updates will be deployed.

Some of these updates are critical, like the one discussed above where AC gets shut off and does not automatically resume. (!). It seems like the only way to get some of these updates is to come to the user forums and beg? Then manually post your SN and wait?

Can you please clarify Bluetti’s process for bug fixes and deployments? Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the firmware update process. I understand your concerns about the lack of clarity and consistency in how updates are pushed to users.

If you are not currently experiencing any issues with your devices, it is not necessary to perform a firmware update at this time. For more urgent needs, we recommend reaching out to customer service directly, as they can provide quicker and more timely assistance.

Your input is valuable to us, and we appreciate your patience as we work to improve our processes.

I’m happy to report that I have not recently seen the AC shutoff problem either, even though several severe weather alerts caused my Apex 300 stack to charge up to 100%.
