We’ve seen many of you asking about the high shipping fee — here’s the full story:
Due to Indiegogo’s platform policy, we can only display one global, tax-inclusive product price. Since taxes, VAT, and shipping costs vary by country, we’ve bundled all those costs into the shipping fee.
So while the shipping fee may seem high at first glance, it actually includes customs duties, VAT, and international shipping — there are no hidden fees upon delivery.
And when you look at the total price (product + shipping), it’s still an incredible value. Compared to most similar products on the market, you’re essentially getting a 2.7kWh power station at the price others charge for just 2kWh.
