We got the final box of our 9/15 order today, and thought it was the generator since the weight was less than the 3 batterie’s we’d already received. It turned out to be another battery, so they messed up and shipped us the wrong item. I’m just curious - anyone missing a battery and get an extra AC300?
(I’ve already emailed customer service btw, I’m just curious to know if our AC300 accidentally found a new home, or if it’s still in the shipping purgatory, lol).
