Hallo i have ordered and paid an EB3A on 30 November (ORDER SPF-EU-23835) do i have to wait for at least the end of januari ?

And as big reseller they probably have a good line of supply with Bluetti. If you want a unit quick, you may need to find an alternative seller who can supply directly from their own stock.
