I purchased the AC70P a month ago but only started using it two days ago. However, I’ve encountered an issue with charging the station. Here’s the problem:
I connect the station to charge, and it initially receives 500V input.
After some time, the station “clicks” and stops charging.
The station automatically starts charging again.
This cycle repeats several times until the station displays an error.
The error code is not displayed in the app, even though I’ve installed the latest version.
The stabilization function is enabled.
I brought over an identical station from my neighbor, and it charges without any issues.
Additionally, I own an EcoFlow River Pro 1, which charges perfectly fine.
My question is: what could be causing this defect? And how can I get the error code to better understand the issue?
Hi @Vlad2, When you mentioned “it initially receives 500V input,” we assume you are referring to a 500W grid charging power, correct? Or are you referring to solar charging power instead?
To check the error codes, please log in to the Bluetti app, bind the AC70P, and click the “!” icon in the top right corner to view the specific error codes.
Additionally, could you record a video of the charging behavior, upload it to a cloud drive, and share the link with us? This will help us further investigate the issue.
Thank you for the response. I just got the e114 error for the first time today.
The problem is that, I’m charging two the same ac70 station and it charging well for first, but error ocured for the second one. We measured the voltage, and it’s 190V. It doesn’t drop below that.
Grid self-adaptation mode doesn’t help. Silent mode doesn’t help either.
Could this be a factory defect? And would a voltage stabilizer help?
