Hello,
I tried to connect a B300 battery to an AC500. The B300 plug does not fit into the B500 socket, although the contacts look the same at first glance. According to Bluetti, the AC500 is compatible with the B300.
Should I send the AC500 back to Bluetti now or is there an explanation and a solution to the problem?
