AC500 + B300S running beautifully for a couple of years now. However I got suspicious that I was getting no updates coming through for a long time. Went into the app and I see this:
So it is saying there is an update but no option to update (and yes it is connected via Bluetooth). Wondering how I can do it. A similar issue in another thread suggested resetting the network connection but had no luck when I tried that.
If the App says, there isnt any update available, then there isnt any public available update they pushed. Where you can see, that a update is available? Because of the screenshots, i only see “Up to date”.
The best indicator to see if you are running the latest firmware is enabled bluetooth encryption on the most units.
When you have a specific problem, bluetti might be able to push a custom firmware for you.
Hi Erik, thanks for the response. The BMS is up-to-date yes but the initial screen (see first screenshot) for IoT/ARM/DSP says “New Version Available” but there is no update button or option. In the past whenever this banner is shown the update or upgrade option was visible next to the thing that could be updated.
Bluetti have previously pushed a version of the BMS for me, I wondered if that might be the issue? In terms of bluetooth encryption, I see no options anywhere for that. Can anyone confirm what the latest firmware versions should be for an AC500?
@hwh57 I have remarked your AC500 firmware versions, and I will confirm with the technical team once they return to work. BTW is your app version the lastest? Can I have your AC500 SN?
