I’m having the same issue - no error and the AC output randomly shuts off. This AC300 IS the replacement for one that just went haywire (along with one of my B300 batteries) and we have just gotten it installed and running. I have not found that AC300 even has an Eco mode to shut off, so if I’m missing it - please let me know. This is not good for a system that is meant to be the backup! Any advice is most welcome!

My AC300 with two B300 batteries has started randomly switching off the AC and its powering my fridge /freezer regardless of running on battery or plugged in to the AC power from my home… Noting Eco mode is off
