AC300 not powering on

Powered my AC 300 down, added an additional B300 and the AC300 would not power on.
Disconnected both batteries and plugged in the original B300.
AC300 would not power on.
Checked all the cable connections, tried different combinations of batteries and AC300 and nothing seemed to work
any ideas?

@StingerZ16 Please try the troubleshooting ways Upgrade all firmware to the latest in APP. Disconnect all loads and restart the machine. If the machine is unloaded, reboot the machine is still reported short circuit error, you need to email support team to return the machine for repair.
