They work from the app thankfully.

Looked around one more time and found how to update the firmware, which resolved the problem of ac on/off and dc on/off not working, from the display. Wahoo!
To get to the ‘upgrade’ option, from the list of devices, select … above to the right of your ac300.
Click connect method - bluetooth.
Then on device screen go to gear at top right of screen, and ‘Upgrade’ will be an option.
I had previously relied on being connected only by bluetooth, and ‘Upgrade’ was not showing.
Anyway, got it fixed. Belief in bluetti restored.

Since yesterday I am also having malfunction of AC300 display. Display is on (backlight, audio feedback is available while touching on the screen. Howver the content is distorted. I cannot see any charcaters or symbols)
See picture attached. I suppose this is more a hardware related issue of the display or the controller than a software driven error.

As there is new firmware available for AC300 (for ARM+DSP modules): Is it possible this new firmware might affect the display issues described?
