AC200P Inverter Calibration Problems?

Can anyone comment on the review of Bill Prowse at: New Issues are Plaguing the Bluetti AC200 - YouTube

He talks about calibration/readout problems and customer service issues. It is primarily the first that I am concerned about here. One of the responses to the review (below the review) says the calibration issues have been taken care of. Is that true?

He’s referring to the ac200 which is an older model.

Bluetti has also answered every email I’ve sent with questions regarding the ac200p
