Is it possible to charge the AC200P with a fuel cell like the EFOY?

The EFOY has a charge controller but so does the AC200P on the solar input.

I read about the EFOY fuel cell with your link and it can charge your AC200P just as any other energy source, but it must never exceed the AC200P input voltage limit.
