Hello, since the beginning I have SOC problems with the AC200MAX and B230.
After recalibrating with 30 Hours off time it is even worse!
Please provide me with an updated firmware, as off now the extra battery B230 is usless and only works with recharge tricks when Soc drops to 0 in a short time…recharge time from 0 to 100 is arround 3 minutes….

We would like to know if you have tried calibrating the B230 separately? Does it help?
We have applied to upgrade your BMS. Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your machine within 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please disconnect the B230 from the AC200MAX, and do not load any device when upgrading it.
After that, please recalibrate the system.
Please let us know if it does help.

I have discharged the B230 connected (load 300W), charged disconnected and waited for arround 30h before reconnecting, SOC was 100% (Ac200max) and 80%(B230) with the fully charged Batteries.
Do I have to discharge the B230 disconnected from the main unit?
