I’ve tried updating the BMS firmware on my AC200MAX using the iPhone app version 1.3.4. The update failed and now the station is almost bricked. I can boot it and connect via bluetooth but an error code 034 instantly appears and the BMS version says v0.0. I’ve also tried to connect to the station with an android app version 1.3.5 but it still says BMS version v0.0 and does not have an update button. Is there a way to hard reset the BMS or somehow manually push the firmware?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We have confirmed with the relevant technical engineering that if the AC200MAX does not continue to work after updating the firmware, it will need to be returned for repair and a single update process at a service station.
