I recently bought a second AC200MAX. When I switched it on for the 1st time, the “AC on” and “DC On” functions on the screen do not work. (This seems like a common issue) However, neither do the DC and AC functions work through the app. Everything else seems to work (through screen or app). I upgraded the firmware, but that did not fix it.

The original AC200MAX (the one that works fine) strangely has different firmware, although I updated both and both say they are up to date?

Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
By the way, different batches of machines may have varying firmware versions, which might not be compatible for mutual upgrades. This is normal.
Hi @svonarx, Our engineers have informed me that your machine is a Paygo version, which prevents us from pushing new firmware.
Could you please let us know where you purchased it, whether it was a full payment, and what your Paygo ID is?
