AC200 wall charger port failed


We have a failed AC200 wall charger port on our Bluetti battery. We have boxed up our Bluetti and we have sent Bluetti an email with the pictures of the the battery and its packaging as instructed in a previous email from blueetti. We have not received a response to our email with the packaging pictures and it has been over a week. Can you please respond to our email and advise us the best way to expedite sending your our battery for exchange… Jimadmin (at)
